- Completed a goal setting session as part of our exploration phase to identify client goals and needs and adapted accordingly to source an investment property for the client.
- We run a phased selection process that starts with the ‘top 10’ and is then narrowed down to the top 3, offers put in for top 3 choices and in this case client achieved top pick.
